The PLB400 and Model 5159 400 Hz cable reels for aviation ground support come in several configurations:

Mounted on the passenger bridge: THe PLB400 features all-metal construction and can manage up to 85 feet of 400 Hz cable with or without cable scuff-guard protection. They operate with push button pendant switch attached to the cable end and can be mounted horizontally under the bridge or to the side of the bridge.

Mounted vertically on the tarmac: The PLB400 can also be mounted into the tarmac when passenger bridges are not used.

Tarmac and Hangar Reels: The Model 5159 Gear-Driven Motorized Reel is an all-steel reel set up with bulk-wrapped spools. These can be floor or ceiling mounted, and can be supplied with a protective enclosure to prevent damage to the reel system.

Conductix-Wampfler also offers standard cable reels for ceiling or wall mount, most often used in maintenance bays.
