Stretch Wire, Series 210
Series 210 Stretch Wire Festoon is for light energy supply systems with 1 to 3 cables and for applications which do not allow the installation of C-track. Suitable for indoor and outdoor use. Flat cable trolleys with one or two rollers with a support diameter of 1.97" and 3.15" (50 and 80 mm). Round cable trolleys with one or two rollers with hook for cable collars or ball joint for cable clips. Ideal control unit trolley. Straight track configuration.
Load Capacity: Up to 44 lb (20 kg) per trolley

C-Track Festoon
C-track Festoon is used as an supply system from light (230 Series) to heavy (240 Series) design. C-track systems are used for various applications: Factory overhead cranes, hoist units, transport systems, environment technology, special engineering, etc. C-track systems are available in zinc-coated and stainless steel version (program 230 to 240). Special versions are available for explosion-proof areas. Suitable for indoor and outdoor use. For straight or mildly curved track.
Load Capacity: Up to 70.5 lb (32 kg)
Maximum System Length: 393.7 ft (120 meters)
Square Bar
Square Bar energy supply systems are predominately used on circular and curved tracks or in very dusty environments (e.g. in grain silos, bulk handling conveyors, etc.). These systems guarantee a perfect function even on variable levels. Our square rails are galvanized or made of stainless steel (only program 270). Special versions are available for explosion-proof areas. Suitable for indoor and outdoor use. Track Configuration: Straight, circular and curved tracks.
Trolley design:
Flat cable trolleys with support diameters of 50 to 400 mm. Round cable trolleys with u-bolt or ball joint for cable clips. Special designs for special applications.

I-Beam
Conductix-Wampfler I-Beam festoon systems carry flat and round cables for the transfer of electrical energy and data. Hoses are also carried for the directing of fluids, air, or gases. Our festoon systems are employed worldwide in steel mills, ports, zinc coating shops and compost preparation facilities, to name a few applications.
