Handling Systems
As an expansion of our core energy and data transmission products, Conductix-Wampfler provides specialized systems to deliver compressed air and electric power to assembly lines. These systems also feature tool cariers and tool transporters to allow workstations to move to where they are needed along the line. Conductix-Wampfler greatly increased its presence in this market with the acquisition of the German product line BestaPower.
BestaPower
Bestapower is a modular energy distribution system for compressed air and electricity which can be adapted simply and quickly at any time to new production processes.
The system is deployed primarily in assembly shops which use hand tools and in partly automated working processes.
Compressed Air and Electric Supply Systems
Conductix-Wampfler Compressed Air and Electric Supply Systems are used to make compressed air, respiratory air, electrical power and digital data available where needed. Configurations can be implemented with C-rail systems, ManAir, WAKAIR-II or w5-traxX, all of which make it possible to use different modular components to create customer-specific systems for virtually any application.
Jib Boom and Equipment Cranes
Conductix-Wampfer Jib Booms are a flexible way to handle materials. The are available in wall mounted and column mounted versions. The Equipment and device cranes can be used to provide optimum coverage for large work areas. Various models are available in different sizes based on customer specifications. The energy supply is available with electric supply only, compressed air only or a combination of the two.
Equipment Carrier and Tool Transporter
Tool transporters are complete pre-assembled units that allow the use of multiple different tools, among other things. They can also be fitted with tool holders, perforated sheets, storage tubs for keeping small parts in storage containers, etc. Equipment carriers are complete pre-assembled units that allow the use of multiple different tools. They are comprised of a ground cart / trolley and additional components based on actual usage requirements.
