Conductix-Wampfler once again applied to be recognized as one of Nebraska’s Safest Companies.  Based on our application and a comprehensive review completed by the Nebraska’s Safest Companies Awards Committee, the organization gave us the award for “Safest Company – Five years.”  National Safety Council Nebraska will formally present Conductix-Wampfler’s award at the  Celebration of Safety held at the Embassy Suites, La Vista Conference Center in Omaha May 9th, 2018.

Safety is a key component of an efficient, well-run manufacturing operation.  To qualify a company for the award, the committee compares the firm’s record of recordable cases, lost work days, and DART (days away, restricted or transferred) to industry averages.  Also, organizations must have a written injury/illness program, must submit their OSHA 300A log, and complete the application form.

Conductix-Wampfler’s EHS Coordinator, Jesse Biltoff, stated, “While it is gratifying to take a moment to recognize our progress in safety improvements, our quest is never complete.  There are always opportunities for improvement in our safety performance.”  Thanks to all Conductix-Wampfler USA employees for making safety a priority in our work!
