In 1979, Wampfler USA became the exclusive distributor of quality ENDO products in the USA.  Now, Conductix-Wampfler continues to market this rugged line of industrial Spring Balancers, Air Hoists, and the new line of ENDO AIR BALANCERS.

Air Balancers provide very precise weight lifting capabilities, with more accurate positioning than can be achieved with an air hoist. Air Balancers are used for assembly lines where precision load positioning is required.

EHB Series

High quality, but economically priced, the EHB Series Air Balancer operates with compressed air to provide both hoist and balancing functions.  Available as EHB-50, EHB-85, and EHB-130 to handle loads of between 70.5 and 308.6 lb (32 and 140 kg) depending on air pressure and model.  Stoke is 6.2 ft (1.9 meters).

EHB-85D Series

Additional information

The EHB-85D Series has an inertia brake to limit the inertia action of the load and provide comfortable operation.  Patent and design registration pending.  Will handle loads from 110.2 to 198.4 lb (50 to 90 kg). 6.2 ft (1.9 meter) stroke.

Full-Auto Air Balancer

"Full Auto" Air Balancers can lift various loads in different weights without any adjustment.  They provides fine balancing and positioning by hand operation with an automatic adjustment for weight.  Units are available as models EHB-50, EHB-85, and EHB-120 to handle loads from 44.1 to 187.4 lb (20 to 85 kg) depending on model and air pressure.

Air Balancer Accessories

Additional information

ENDO AIr Balancers have a standard bolted flange connection at the top.  To this, either a trolley for I-Beam connection or a hook-style top apparatus can be added as required.

I-Beam Trolley can handle 75 to 100 mm flange widths.
