Conductix, Inc. is aware of ongoing incidents in which third parties fraudulently impersonate our company or our employees to place purchase orders with suppliers.  As a result, we are using our public website to communicate that all legitimate purchase orders from Conductix, Inc.:

• Are issued only from official @conductix.com email domains
• Contain a valid company purchase order number
• Originate from approved procurement contacts

Suppliers should suspend processing of any order that does not meet the criteria above and verify authenticity using known contacts.  Conductix, Inc. disclaims responsibility for transactions entered into without proper verification.
