"Full Auto" Air Balancerscan lift various loads in different weights without any adjustment.  They provides fine balancing and positioning by hand operation with an automatic adjustment for weight.  Units are available as models EHB-50, EHB-85, and EHB-120 to handle loads from 44.1 to 187.4 lb (20 to 85 kg) depending on model and air pressure.
