When is the Series 0230 or 0240 used?

The C-Rail Festoon System Series 0230 or 0240 are used for energy supply with light cable packages. Main uses are the electrification of overhead cranes, hoists or similar applications. Also suitable for specific ATEX zones.

How does a C-Rail System work?

The C-Rail is installed in parallel to the track. The festoon trolleys are running inside the C-Rail. Cables are installed in cable loops on the trolleys. The system is moved by a towing trolley.

How is energy and data transmitted?

Energy and data are transmitted via flexible, flat or round cable packages. Any cable used must be suitable for use in a festoon system. Various types of cables with PVC, PUR or rubber insulation are available.
