Conductix-Wampfler Wins Prestigious 2017 LEAD Awards Recognizing Exceptional Leadership Development and Programs

The LEAD awards salute top leadership practitioners and highlight their roles in the industry.  At the 2017 LEAD Awards GALA in Nashville, TN on February 7th and 8th, HR.com and Leadership Excellence was proud to award Conductix-Wampfler in three categories:  Innovation in Deployment of Leadership Programs, Best Mentoring Program, and Best Use of a Learning Management System.

Omaha, NE – February, 2017. For more than 35 years, Leadership Excellence has identified and recognized the top leadership programs in organizations and their strategies and solutions. HR.com and Leadership Excellence was proud to announce the top leadership programs that were recognized at the 2017 LEAD Awards GALA in Nashville, TN on February 7th and 8th, 2017. The prestigious LEAD Awards salute top leadership practitioners and highlight their roles in the industry.

On February 8th, the full details of rankings and the remainder of the award winners were announced. All award winners and rankings are now featured in the February 2017 edition of Leadership Excellence Essentials which features the top award recipients in each category showcasing the unique qualities that made them a LEAD Award Winner.

Conductix-Wampfler was awarded in three categories: Innovation in Deployment of Leadership Programs, Best Mentoring Program and Best Use of a Learning Management System. Conductix-Wampfler has been diligently working to provide leadership programs and opportunities to its employees. Conductix Academy, a program designed for high-potential employees, won the Innovation in Deployment of Leadership Programs category. Mentoring Matters, a program designed for new employees to receive a mentor upon being hired as well as mentorships for those looking to advance within the company won the Best Mentoring Program category. Conductix-Wampfler’s Online Learning Center, provided by BizLibrary, earned Best Use of a Learning Management System.

Award recipients are selected based on both an application or nomination process as well as voting. The voting was completed by users of the leadership program and was promoted by the nominees as well as through social media campaigns.
